The National September 11 Memorial and Museum has opened.

Visitor Passes

Advance visitor passes to the 9/11 Memorial are required. Visitors must reserve advance passes for a specific date and time. Visitor passes are free and available through the Memorial’s online reservation system.

Please note that our website reflects actual inventory. If the date and/or time you are looking for is currently unavailable, please check back because additional passes are released monthly.

A limited number of passes for same-day visits are also available daily at the 9/11 Memorial Preview Site at 20 Vesey St. (at Church Street) beginning at 9:00 a.m., the NYC & Co. kiosk at City Hall and the NY Water Taxi booth at the South Street Seaport. Limited to 4 passes per person on a first-come, first-served basis.
